
I wanted to give all our regular runners a heads-up on my new Circuit Training Classes, which will be starting on Wednesday 21st October.
They will be held in St. Mary’s Church Hall, Stotfold.

For those for you who have never been to a class, Circuit Training is an excellent session for fat burning and general aerobic fitness, I would advise that it is most suited to those people who have had some experience of aerobics, running or similar exercise as it is not for complete newcomers to exercise.
