It’s been wonderful to see so many new faces at the club over the past few weeks, but it has given us one problem – remembering all your names!
Could everyone please make sure they have downloaded the form “Joining Questionnaire” from the DOWNLOADS section on the website and fill in any health issues and more importantly, contact details incase of an emergency as not everyone knows each other at the club!
Please can you read them carefully and sign them and return them to Pete.
All information is confidential, we will NOT pass your address or details onto other members without your permission and health information is only required so that in the unlikely event of an emergency, we can inform the medical services of any allergies or conditions etc.
